Renters verify identity, income, and credit once—through consumer-permissioned pulls (Stripe Identity, Experian soft-pull, bank-linked income)—then share a tamper-proof result with any landlord. Gravadee stores only result tokens, never raw PII, and never scores, ranks, or judges. The renter owns the data and controls disclosure.

Why it matters: document fraud is now AI-trivial. A landlord-verified credential the renter carries between applications defeats forgery at the source while collapsing the most friction-heavy moment in renting. No incumbent owns this layer.
